You Have Questions.
I Have Answers.
No spin. No talking points. You might not agree with every answer, but at least I won't shift with the political wind.
Because Congress has forgotten who works for whom.
Government exists to protect your rights—not run your life.
My platform is simple: Take over the government... and then leave you alone.
It means I generally believe adults should be allowed to make adult decisions.
Government's job is to protect your rights—not parent you.
20 years in the United States Marine Corps. It was one of the greatest honors of my life. I learned leadership, discipline, accountability, and mission first.
MBA, entrepreneur, and lifelong learner. I'm well read, value critical thinking, and believe decisions should be based on facts, not political talking points.
Real-world experience. I've built businesses, solved problems, and understand the impact Washington has on everyday Americans.
I'm not a career politician. In fact, I'd rather be playing my guitar, exercising, or building businesses.
So why run? Because enough is enough. Our liberties continue to erode while Washington keeps growing. Every generation has a responsibility to stand up for freedom—this is ours.
My mission is simple: Follow the Constitution. Defend individual liberty. Spend less. Leave you alone.
Hell no.
I've spent my career serving my country and working in the real world.
Frankly, Washington already has enough professional politicians—and my anger at that fact is exactly what got me into this race.

You can read the Colorado Libertarian Platform if you want all the details.

Congratulations—you've just read 90% of my platform.
• Protect the Constitution. • Defund the IRS and the Fed. • Reduce federal spending. • Defend free speech. • Open-source government. • Protect privacy. • End endless wars. • Return power to the states and the people.
I intend to maintain approximately 95% adherence to the Libertarian platform.
If I ever vote differently, I'll explain exactly why.
You deserve representatives who explain themselves—not hide behind talking points. I don't like lying. I'm human. And if I promised you 100%, you wouldn't believe me anyway.
Because I wasn't elected to represent a political party.
I was elected to represent Colorado's 1st Congressional District and uphold the Constitution.
The one that lets me cut spending.
If there's a committee dedicated to deleting unnecessary government programs, sign me up.
End the kleptocracy.
The same way every family has to.
Spend less.
Washington acts like mathematics is optional. It isn't.
I will not vote for any bill that grows the deficit. We have to balance the budget—and Warren Buffett's proposal is a solid place to start.
Democrats tax the rich. Republicans tax the poor. In the end, TurboTax and accountants are the only ones who win.
Let's just end the IRS.

We've spent decades borrowing money we don't have to fight wars Congress never properly declares.
Our military should be the strongest in the world. That doesn't mean it should be the world's police department.
Peace through strength. War only when absolutely necessary.
If government can trust you with voting, serving on a jury, and joining the military...
It can probably trust you with your own decisions.
The Second Amendment isn't about hunting.
It's about preserving the rights of a free people.
If speech only protects opinions everyone agrees with...
It isn't free speech.
Republicans wanted the cheap labor. Democrats wanted the votes. That's why we're in the mess we're in.
The Libertarian Party has a clear and thoughtful immigration policy—I encourage you to read it with an open mind.
A nation should know who is entering its borders.
Secure the border. Enforce the law. Fix legal immigration.
Congress has had decades to do all three.
Unfortunately, yes.
And yes, I will defend them too. When I say everybody, I mean everybody.
Less government.
The media wants to divide us.
I stand for freedom for all people—regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual preference, how many cats they have, or whether they're Raiders fans.
“Follow the Constitution.
That’s 90% of my platform.”
Libertarian · Colorado’s 1st District
Yes.
If Congress has time to vote on it...
I have time to read it.
Some do.
Which is why you shouldn't trust politicians.
Hold us accountable.
Our Founders expected you to.
Collect taxes, manufacture controversy, over-regulate, start endless wars, and build mountains of debt.
No.
That's one of the biggest problems with politics.
Government doesn't need to solve every problem. Sometimes it just needs to stop creating new ones.
We could also use a little more personal responsibility on the part of citizens.
Don't trust me.
Watch my votes.
Read my explanations.
Hold me accountable.
That's how a constitutional republic is supposed to work.
